First game of a four game home stand with the O's. Humber is the pitcher getting his first start this season due to the rained out game in Clevelend. He looked good, only giving up one run but his pitch count began to soar and so in the sixth he had to turn it over to the bullpen with a 1-1 tie. Ohman came in and finished the inning. We went on to score 3 more runs over the next two innings to get a comfortable 4-1 lead but then things went south. Wieters hit a solo home run in the top of the eighth to narrow the lead to two but no big deal, Hector Santiago will come on for his 4th save in as many tries. Not so fast as Lee Corso would say. He gives up a solo home run to Reimold before getting the next two outs and then blows the save by giving up another solo home run to Adam Jones. The White Sox cant answer in the bottom of the ninth so we went to extra innings and it only got worse. Reynolds reaches third when De Aza drops a routine fly ball, Davis doubles to bring in Reynolds, Andino singles, Reimold singles in another run, then the bases get loaded and Wieters caps off the remarkable comeback with a grand slam. Games like that really hurt.
